Great staff, nice pool and good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and clean and provided a nice place to relax. The location was great, close to the main street and shops and restaurants.
The room was a bit outdated and needed some repairs. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was not well ventilated.

the rooms, especially the bathrooms are in a horrible shape. They graded us up, because there was no fridge/minibar in the room and I still felt it was overpriced.

Nice and small hotel, ideally located for both the Monkey Temple and other attractions, as well as restaurant all around. I had a room on the 1st floor with natural light, wondering about the one on the ground floor with all the vegetation and twigs around if not too dark yet it give a nice feeling of privacy. Simple breakfast but nice, and you can find coffee and tea available all day... easy to organise your trips around,
The rooms do not look like the pictures... do not expect a nice design or bed cover... found hair in the bed and towel are not so white!!! but they are clean... and do not expect any amenities...

The restaurant offered a great variety of breakfast meals and the staff was very friendly. the pool was enjoyable and relaxing after a long day of exploring the town. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The shower water pressure was quite low and the wifi was sometimes slow. these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The staff were friendly.
The room was ok, but for the price we payed the hotel was not up to the standard it should be. We have stayed in many places for less money and received better services and a higher standard. The breakfast was poor.

Located in the heart of the city, we had a variety of options to explore, with everything right on our doorstep. We loved that we were next to a popular café where we could grab coffee any time of day. the rooms were modern and spacious, and we were impressed by the service provided by the friendly staff.

Good Environment with green trees and nice balcony
The cork will sing a song at early morning, and there is no air conditioner in the room, no hot water in the room for shower

A beautiful garden, perfect spot if you want to stay in central Ubud, the usual friendly balInese staff, a nice, cosy swimming pool and a surprising 4+ star hotel king size bed.
The untidy bathroom, mainly due to lack of maintenance. The condition of the curtains that even in the best of shapes allow full light exposure at dawn. A small investment to correct these issues would make the bedroom much more agreable.

The beautiful tropical garden surrounding the hotel creates a lovely atmosphere, and the convenient central location in Ubud means that there are plenty of shops and attractions nearby. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, like the deluxe upgrade with a DVD player, and the traditional Balinese design, make for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of options to start the day off right.
All was ok.

Friendly and competent staff, perfect location for a city-trip in Ubud, wonderful embedded garden, comfortable beds & clean rooms. Concerning that I highly recommend Adi`s cottages. Credit card accepted
A little bit pricy. Breakfast was good but also basic. A double bed room deluxe has local tv but no satellite tv, which is available only for booking a Junior suite. Payment already at the check-in and before checking the rooms was claimed.
